Good Morning Carrot Juice

There is nothing crazy about this recipe, simply run the ingredients through a juicer and drink up!  This is loaded with vitamin C, beta carotene, and antioxidants.  It will leave you feeling glowy and refreshed!

Ingredients:

7-8 carrots (scrubed and washed well)

1 orange (peeled)

1 inch piece of ginger (peeled)

Dash of cinnamon

Directions:

Simply run the ingredients through a juicer and drink immediately.
