In 2009, I became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. The school offers the world’s leading health coach training program, and teaches practical lifestyle management techniques, as well as a whole foods approach to nutrition. Among my educators were top experts in the field of health and nutrition including Dr. Walter Willet, Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. David Katz, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Neal Barnard, Dr. Marion Nestle, David Wolfe, and Geneen Roth.
In 2011, I graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Masters of
Science Degree in Public Health Nutrition. In addition, I completed my Dietetic Internship at Case Western Reserve University. While completing my dietetic internship, I also worked with St. Helena Unified School District in Napa Valley, Wake County Human Services in North Carolina, Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, and the New York City Department of Health. I am certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and I am an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in the Integrative and Functional Medicine Dietetic Practice Group.
Additionally, I have past experience working in nutrition, weight loss, and healthy living with the Lake Health Wellness Institute, Spynga, Canyon Ranch, and Virginia’s Community Colleges. Currently, I am located in the Tidewater Region of Virginia. I am the 2017-2018 President of the Tidewater Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (TAND). I also work in a lifestyle medicine center and have an integrative nutrition private practice.
I am eager to meet you and share my love for nutrition with you.
